From Old Hat To New Clothes

From curated high end vintage to vintage inspired own label - Lily Allen and Sarah Owen, owners of 'Lucy In Disguise', are set to launch their collection of dresses this June, each named after significant people or places. The sisters have worked with Nadia Jones to cultivate details from favourite vintage pieces - a neckline or hem - into their own designs, which will be priced from £90 upwards.

A prom dress will obviously be one feature (Lily's favoured festival attire when she first hit the big time) with the Lucy design based on a child's vintage party dress, as well as a retro sundress inspired by one owned by their mother.

Check out a selection of design sketches below and this month's UK Elle for a first look at the pieces which will be selling at 'Lucy In Disguise' (store and online), Harvey Nichols and 70 stores internationally.
